Hummingbird Stopped in Midair

The Ruby-throated Hummingbird was darting in and out among the flower. It took several tries and lots of waiting to get this Hummingbird just as he sucked nectar from the flower.

Orange Dragon Fly

Bumble Bee on Flower

Bumble Bee are great pollinators. When showing this picture to a little girl, she exclaimed, “No one should get that close to a bee!” I was using a 300mm telephoto lens and was about 4 feet from the bee.
